New Students

Thank you for your interest in St. Boniface Diocesan High School (SBDHS). All applicants need to complete the SBDHS application package for their grade.  Fillable and downloadable copies of the package can be found here.   Please submit the completed form as soon as possible with the following:


  • Copy of the applicant’s most recent report card

  • A photo of the applicant

  • The $100.00 application fee (non-refundable)

Once your application has been processed, you will be contacted to arrange an interview with the Principal or Vice-Principal.


Re-registering Students

Each returning family must complete the SBDHS Re-registration Forms (available here) annually for each student. These forms are due back as soon as possible and must be accompanied with the $100.00 application fee; this enables the school to keep all information current and to accept new applicants in a timely manner.


Steps to Apply

Step 1: Application for Admission

Parents/Guardians should complete the 'Application for Admission' and 'Authorization to Release/Obtain Information' forms. The student applicant should then complete the 'Course Option Form'. These are to be returned to the General Office along with the $100 application fee, copy of the current report card and applicant photograph. 

Step 2: Pastor's Letter of Recommendation

Parents/Guardians should complete the upper portion of the 'Pastor's Letter of Recommendation' form and give it to their Pastor. The Pastor should complete the bottom portion and send the form directly to the general office at the school. Applicants without a church affiliation are asked to have a principal complete the form. 

Step 3: Scheduling of Interviews

Parents/Guardians will be contacted to schedule interviews following the receipt of the completed application package. Please contact the general office at or 204-987-1560 if you have any questions. 

Step 4: Notifications of Acceptance are Mailed

Acceptance is contingent upon the applicant's successful completion of the current academic year. The applicant is notified of acceptance when an acceptance package is enclosed with the letter. To complete the registration process and secure space, the acceptance package must be returned in full by the due date. Notifications of acceptance are mailed by mid-April.
